የኢትዮጵያ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ጉባኤ - ኢሰመጉ መስከረም 29 ቀን 1984 ዓ.ም በአባላት የተመሰረተ የመጀመሪያው መንግስታዊ ያልሆነ ኢትዮጵያዊ የሰብዓዊ መብቶች ተሟጋች ተቋም ነው፡፡ ኢሰመጉ በበጎ አድራጎት ድርጅቶችና ማህበራ አዋጅ ቁ. 621/2001 መሰረት “ኢትዮጵያዊ የበጎ አድራጎት ማህበር” ሆኖ በምዝገባ ቁጥር 1146 ዳግም ተመዝግቦ በሕጋዊነት በመንቀሳቀስ ላይ የሚገኝ ድርጅት ነው፡፡ ኢሰመጉ
